| Life is interesting...I never know which direction it is going to head. Someday I hope that I can have a normal life with a job that is well paying and can support a family if that is something that the lord blesses me with. Luckily for me I have some very awesome families to watch and observe and take mental notes of the way a tight knit christian family should look like.
Contrary to popular belief christian families are not perfect, and I dont believe that they pretend to be. Infact they have just as many problems as any other "regular" family. It is however they way that things are dealt with in these times of turmoil that I watch and take note of. Its the way that a family handles these times that is what is really important. I can only hope that one day I too can handle times of turmoil in a way that people will be able to watch and want to do it te same way. |

| So I have decided to start reading some spiritual books...any suggestions? I am just looking for something to streach my mind and force me to think intellectually and at the same time help me grow towards god. |

| So I have recently found that learning about yourself is not always easy. I have recently found myself in a bit of a spiritual depression. I think that part of that is my fault for not being in a position to put myself in a christian learning environment when students arent around. It is hard though to evaluate yourself and say that you are spiritually stagnant. So any way I have been praying about it alot and for the last few days I feel as if alot of weight has been lifted off of me. Satan is still pursuing the relms of temptation, but he will always do that. I just can not let him get a strong foot hold in my life. Now its time to let Jesus tear down the walls that I may have built up around my heart and let him rebuid me with good strong character that will allow me to overcome satan in tempting situations. (sorry if i seem all over the place on this one. It sounds worse than what it really is.) |

| Well, another christmas has come and gone and the new year is here. It was good to get a few days off to spend it with the family. I enjoyed my time off, but it ended too early.
So my time at State Farm as a security officer should be nearing an end. It unfortunately has turned into a job that I dread going to on a regular basis. I look forward to the day that I get to go to work to do something that I love...such as some form of ministry, whether it be full time or as a hoby. I am still looking forward to doing something in the criminal justice field.
I also look forward to watching the plan that god has for me unfold. The job that god has for me and anything else that god may have instore for me. |

| So I have come to the conclusion as of late that dating is something that many people take advantage of. I have also learned though that while looking for a dating relationship and a future wife that there are very specific things to watch. I think that the specifics of what I should look for should not be compromised. I love the idea though of there being a very specific type of person that would be most compatible with me, with that though the things that I have in my head may not be the things that god has in mind. I also believe though that there are going to be some categories in which many people have on their list in which the majority of godly women fall into. In other news...living with Chad Parker is FREAKING awesome. He just bought a new projector for our house so it is like we have our own movie theater now! So I think that I am going to have a movie party at my house some time on the weekend...it wont cost like a theater does, and you will get a screen almost as big.
